3-day military diet ( 3-day diet ) is one of the most effective diets for losing weight in a short time. In fact, you just need to eat what is listed. This diet is tested on many people who lost weight and also got in a quick shape.

So, 3-day military diet can be repeated after the fourth day. But also, exercise is necessary.

Water: It is the only thing that you’re allowed to drink during this 3 days (  you can drink coffee or tea but just once a day ).It is recommended, a gallon of water daily. It reduces hunger but also it is very healthy.

  1. Do not eat between meals and also do not use spices.

The 3-day Military Diet:

Breakfast: 

  1. half grapefruit

  2. 1 piece toast

  3. 2 spoons peanut butter

  4. 1 cup coffee or Tea

Lunch:

  1. half cup tuna

  2. 1 piece toast

  3. Also 1 cup coffee or tea

Dinner:

  1. 2 pieces of meat ( any kind ) about 3 ounce

  2. 1 cup of beans

  3. half banana

  4. 1 apple

  5. 1 cup ice cream ( it is better if it is vanilla ice cream)

Breakfast:

  1. 1 egg

  2. 1 piece toast

  3. half banana

Lunch:

  1. 1 cup cottage cheese or just a piece of cheddar cheese

  2. 1 boiled egg

  3. 5 crackers

Dinner:

  1. 2 hot dogs

  2. 1 broccoli

  3. a half cup of carrots

  4. half banana

  5. Cup of ice cream ( it is better if it is vanilla ice cream too )

Breakfast:

  1. 5 soda crackers

  2. 1 piece cheddar cheese

  3. 1 apple

Lunch:

  1. 1 boiled egg

  2. 1 piece toast

Dinner:

  1. 1 cup tuna

  2. half banana too

  3. 1 cup ice cream ( also it is better if it is vanilla ice cream)

After the third day of the diet, as a result, you will lose 10 pounds. Also, after the third day, you can eat your usual meal but, do not go too far. Then, go back on the 3-day military diet. If you do this for many weeks, you will lose not less than 40 pounds (18 kg) in a month. But only if you follow this diet correctly. In fact, It is an entirely healthy and safe diet.

You should walk for 30 minutes a day too. And also, you need to remember not to eat between meals.
